FAQs
All bookings require a deposit to secure your spot.
We cannot take bookings over the phone as we need the most accurate information to correctly book you in during the booking process.
If you need to rearrange your appointment – that is no hassle at all. Simply pop into our studio or contact us via email, phone, WhatsApp or our social media – our team is happy to accommodate you.
However, rescheduling appointments within 72 hours of the confirmed booking time are considered cancelations and the deposit is forfeited. You can check out our cancelation policy on the following FAQs.
Rest and Health – A good night’s sleep before your appointment is essential. We also strongly advise against consuming alcohol the night before, as this can affect your comfort and the tattooing process.
Hygiene and Clothing – We recommend you take a shower before you arrive and wear clean, comfortable clothing. Please be mindful of your tattoo’s placement when choosing your outfit; you may need to remove certain items of clothing to make the area accessible for both you and your artist. As Dublin Ink operates as an open studio, please dress accordingly.
Nutrition and Hydration – Make sure to eat a substantial meal before your appointment to keep your blood sugar stable. We also encourage you to bring snacks and a bottle of water with you to maintain your energy and hydration throughout your session.
Following these steps will help you have a smoother, more comfortable tattoo experience.
We understand that schedule changes happen. To ensure fairness to our artists and other clients, we strictly enforce a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Your deposit secures your time slot and is held as a commitment to your scheduled appointment. This deposit acts as a cancellation fee if the required notice is not provided.
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the date of the appointment for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before your scheduled date, or if you fail to show up (no-show), you will unfortunately forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
